Bewegingsanalyse

Door middel van anamnese, orthopedisch onderzoek en bewegingsanalyse kunnen de aard en oorzaak van klachten aan schouder, lage rug, bekken, knie en enkel worden opgespoord.
Veel klachten in sport-, thuis- en werksituaties ontstaan door verslapping of juist een te grote spanning in spiergroepen.

In deze gevallen kan ik u adviseren om specifieke oefeningen te doen. Te slappe spieren kunnen weer op spanning worden gebracht door spierversterkende oefeningen te doen. Verkorte spieren kunnen op lengte worden gebracht door rek- en strekoefeningen. U ontvangt van mij een beschrijving van de oefeningen die van belang zijn.
